Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

With this letter I would like to express my gratefulness and my admiration for the outstanding care that my aunt, Ms. Ingeburg Lowack, received for the last eight years at the Fritz Reuter Altenheim.

From her initial move into the apartment up until her final care in the infirmary, she received sincere attention and care, compassion, and hight quality nursing and I do want to thank everybody for making life so good for Inge.

My special thanks are directed to Mrs. Noreen Wendt, who eased my aunt into her new environment. Furthermore, my thanks go to Ingrid and Helga, who thanks to their caring personalities, helped maintain the contact to Germany and Inge’s siblings and in the end to Maria Perez who took care of Inge as if she were her own mother. They all deserve special recognition.
