Dear Noreen,

The final chapter has ended with the passing of our mom at Fritz Reuter. We are very grateful that your staff was so compassionate, loving and professional in caring for her.

We had come to expect nothing less since, as you know, my dad and my aunt were also under your care for seven years.

As they all progressed from independent living to assisted living, through to nursing care, we were so very thankful for the nutrition, tenderness, cleanliness and concern shown by all your staff.

If I try to name all individuals, I’m sure I will omit one, so please tell all who were involved in my mom’s care, that although we aren’t listing each one’s name, each will always be in our hearts.
