Dear Mr. Gaida,

I’m writing on behalf of my mother, who presently resides in the Fritz Reuter Altenheim. She formerly had a room of her own, however has now been assigned to the infirmary.

I am a frequent visitor as are other members of Hedy’s family.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the members of your staff. Within the Administration, yourself, and especially Noreen who was instrumental in helping us find a caring senior home for my mother. Brian of maintenance who has several times gone out of his way to be of assistance. The kitchen staff who provide very fine meals, and especially Ruth who always graciously accommodates us when we come to eat with Hedy.

Last but by no means least, the wonderful, dedicated and patient infirmary staff. Mrs. “C”, Mary, Elizabeth, Mary, Maria, and all those whose names I do no know. They all deserve my respect and highest praise because they perserve in what at times can be a very trying occupation and profession.

Thank you all for making my mother’s senior years comfortable and special at Fritz Reuter Altenheim.
