Dear Noreen:

On the occasion of our family's reunion celebrating our parent’s health and well being, we would like to thank you and the Fritz Reuter’s entire staff for taking care of our parents for the past two years. You all have eased my parents’ most difficult and stressful transition into their assisted living quarters from their lovely independent unit.

As you know, I am now volunteering on the Wednesday exercise class and I join my parents for lunch (your dinner) afterwards. I really appreciate how delicious and nutritious each meal is. Thank you and Ruth and Luis the Chef. This certainly has ended my biggest concern that my parents cannot get used to Western food.

A few weeks ago, my Mom presented me with a lovely paper flower she made in Isabel’s Arts and Craft class. I was very impressed and thankful that Mom can exercise her hands and mind. Thank you Isabelle and just as the letter say, God is watching you. Since there is hardly and Arts and Craft class in the independent/assisted living unit, I have asked my Mom to join the Nursing unit’s class whenever possible.

I’d also like to express my deepest appreciation to your nursing and house maintenance staff for their dedication and hard work.

For the entire Fritz Reuter staff, thank you again for your care and dedication to your residences. I look forward to seeing you all every week.

Sincerely,

Mei Ling
