The care and affection which my parents and my aunt received while at Fritz Reuter, have been exceptional and our family is deeply appreciative.

Beginning with your warm reception and compassionate intake process over five years ago, and continuing today with their intensive personal care, every promise your institution has made, every committment to cleanliness, medical attention and dietary considerations, has been more than kept.

As any family might be, we were very concerned about placing our folks in the care of others. Past experiences of many people we know, have lead us to be extremely cautious that we were not simply “warehousing” our folks. Whenever, we visit them, we see happiness, cleanliness and above all, ware loving care from all the staff members with whom we have come in contact.
